Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone visiting the public Fullerton Rotary Club website, the Fullerton Uncorked event site, or the member portal. Platform hosting and development are provided to the Club by Datawake.

Acceptable use

You agree to use these sites lawfully and in good faith. You will not:

• Attempt to access other members' accounts, private data, or administrative tools you are not authorized to use.
• Upload malware, attempt to break our security, or probe the site for vulnerabilities without prior authorization.
• Use the site to send spam, harass other members, or post content that violates Rotary International's Code of Conduct.
• Scrape the member directory or resell contact information.

Your content

Content you submit (event proposals, photos, announcements, etc.) remains yours. You grant the Club a non-exclusive license to use it for Club purposes: publishing to members, promoting events, and archiving in Club records.

Provided as-is

These sites are provided on a best-effort basis without warranty. We may update, change, or temporarily take them offline for maintenance. We are not liable for lost access, data, or opportunities arising from outages or errors.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Orange County, California.
