What Is Fullerton Uncorked?
Fullerton Uncorked is an annual wine, beer, and food tasting fundraiser presented by the Rotary Club of Fullerton. Each summer, hundreds of guests gather at the Hunt Branch Library for an evening of curated wines, craft beers, artisan food pairings, and live entertainment.
First launched in 2013, Uncorked has grown into one of Orange County's most anticipated charity events — a night where great flavors and great company come together in service of community.

The Rotary Club of Fullerton has served the community for over 100 years. As one of the oldest civic organizations in the city, the club has built a legacy of service, fellowship, and community investment across generations.
